Service Team
Midwest Solar Solutions employs a full-time, dedicated service team eager to ensure your solar array is being maximized. Each member of our crew servicing your existing solar system has a minimum of one year of training on our install team. This company-wide standard positions our workforce to efficiently and effectively solve any system hiccups that arise.
While our service team’s main objective is keeping our customers’ systems performing optimally, we are willing to help individuals who have been stranded by their installer. We unfortunately see that happen firsthand in our industry quite frequently. Our service area includes southern and central Illinois as well as eastern Missouri, so reach out to us if you need help with one of the following:
- Reconnecting a monitoring device
- Damaged/malfunctioning wires
- Inverter troubleshooting
- Inverter replacement/warranty management
- Adding batteries
- Detaching/reattaching equipment for roof replacement
If you are a current Midwest Solar customer participating in the Illinois Shines incentive program, it is a requirement for your system to function for the entirety of the 15-year duration of your agreement. As a certified and registered designee with the Illinois Shines program, MW Solar Solutions is here to help customers reach this goal to maximize savings.
Midwest Solar is headquartered in Shiloh, Illinois, just south of O’Fallon. Many of our team members — including those on our service squad — are from Illinois and are here to stay. We’re by your side in the design, installation and maintenance phases, ensuring your solar system runs smoothly and you collect your incentive payout.
In other words, we continue working hard for you and care about you after we’ve closed a sale. Our service team monitors your solar output and is quick to fix any glitches.
